At EquipmentShare Parts Store Marketplace, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit and eligible for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
